At Velmont, we stand behind the quality of every piece we craft. While we do not offer returns, we provide product exchanges within 7 days of delivery — subject to the conditions outlined below. All items must be unworn and in original packaging to qualify.

Items may be exchanged for another piece of equal or higher value. If the selected item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged.

All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accompanying materials — such as certificates and pouches.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damage Caused by Wear

Items that have been broken, damaged, or altered due to physical impact, misuse, or normal wear are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs

All shipping and delivery costs associated with an exchange will be the responsibility of the client.
