Yes. Cash on delivery is available on Velmont orders in Lebanon.

We process every order within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Once it ships, you receive a confirmation email. Courier delays can affect delivery times, and if anything looks off you can contact our team.

We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The exchange window may differ during sale periods. Read the full exchange policy before you order.

The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and come with everything that arrived with it, including the certificate and pouch. You can swap it for a piece of equal or higher value and pay the difference. Our team inspects the item before approving the exchange, and exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, and items damaged through impact, misuse or normal wear are not eligible.
